Shipping Destinations

MOOI ships to the United States and selected international destinations. Orders to the United States are fulfilled from our Southern California Amazon FBA warehouse. International orders are fulfilled from the Nalla warehouse in Incheon, South Korea and shipped by tracked air service.

International orders are shipped using Korea Post K-Packet. Shipping is not available to destinations that K-Packet does not serve, including the Czech Republic, Denmark, and Portugal; no shipping option is shown at checkout for these destinations.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. MOOI is not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

The following destinations are not available for delivery because EMS/K-Packet shipments cannot be accepted. Please verify the recipient's address before ordering.

No shipping option is available at checkout for these destinations.

Processing Time

In-stock US orders placed before the business-day cutoff normally ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed on the next business day. International orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders may require additional processing time because of payment review, address verification, or inventory availability.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

United States Mainland
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage from Southern California. Shipping is a flat $8.00 per order. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is calculated dynamically from the order date, processing time, and transit time and is not guaranteed.

Alaska and Hawaii
A separate shipping rate applies and is displayed at checkout. Typical transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
International orders ship at a flat rate per order. Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore): $6.00, typically delivered in 5–7 business days. Rest of World (all other eligible international destinations, including the United Arab Emirates and Israel): $11.00, typically delivered in 7–14 business days. All rates are in US dollars (USD) and may be shown in the customer’s local currency where supported. International free shipping is not offered.

Online checkout is available for international shipments up to 2.00 kg (2,000 g). If the total chargeable shipping weight exceeds 2.00 kg, checkout may display that shipping is unavailable. Please split the order into smaller shipments or contact info@mooi.kr before ordering.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. Customs clearance, weather, peak-season volume, local postal operations, service suspensions, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent after the order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders delivered within the United States are not subject to import duties. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If a parcel is refused at customs or returned because duties or taxes were not paid, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Return or reshipping costs may also be deducted from any refund.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

After a parcel is handed to the carrier, it is in the carrier’s custody. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or an order arrives damaged, email info@mooi.kr with the order number and, for damaged items, photos of the item and packaging. We will assist with the carrier investigation and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Changes to an Order

Contact us as soon as possible to request an address change or cancellation. We can make changes only before the order is processed for shipment. After dispatch, the destination cannot be changed by MOOI.
